My name is Katherine Bell, I am the teacher assigned to help our students market our school musical.
I am writing to you on behalf of the Coláiste Bhaile Chláir marketing team for this year's TY musical. As you all know rehearsals are well under way for this year’s production of "Grease", running from Thursday the 5th of December to Saturday 7th of December.
This will be the fourth school musical to be run in Coláiste Bhaile Chláir and we would greatly appreciate your support in ensuring it is as successful as our three previous productions. Therefore, we are writing to ask you for your support. Perhaps you have a family business and would be interested in placing an advertisement in our programme. A half page advertisement will cost €50 and a full page will cost €100.
Alternatively, if you do not wish to advertise in our programme, perhaps, you would be willing to donate a spot prize for one of the raffles which will take place during the interval each night.
